Stories
Brighton Rotary's 1st Trivia Social
Thanks to R Emily for organizing our First ever Trivia Social.

As there were calls to do this again, everyone had a good time, no matter what the scores. For those who could not join us, below are the questions. See how you would have fared. Answers will be provided next week.

Some of us had help, we created our own little team at home with family. I recommend getting help from family, worked for me.

Trivia was organized this way - 4 categories being Science, 80's, Canada and Movies with 10 questions in each category. R Emily as moderator presented each question visually on screen and read the questions one at a time. We at home had a few minutes to write down our answer before Emily moved to the next question. After all 10 questions in a category were asked, we confessed our scores.for that category.

4 way test remember.

Then we moved on to the next category and repeat. After 4 categories, scores added for winner.

It appears we all skipped the 80's.

Our retired teacher says he only had to ask students questions, not know the answers. Is this why we questions our educational systems?

Emily says she is working on a decades trivia program.

We can consider this as training for Campbellford Rotary's 2021 Trivia Night. In 2019 our Brighton Team had fun but did not fair well. So we are in training for 2021.
