  • We are looking for BIG cheque for photo ops
  • Looking at a Bowling Party for members and friends sometime
  • Next board meeting will be held at R Emily's home October 25th. Possible Margaritas
  • We are looking for speakers
  • Foundation Walk Sunday Sept 25. Club member donations = $670. Walk was success with about 300 out in spite of the rain.
  • Applefest Food Booth September 24. A great success and big thanks to all the helpers, especially friends and family. Gross sails $3,492 plus $202 in donations. Minus expenses net = 42,365.
  • Youth Exchange meeting for Chairs and Councillors Monday October 3.
  • R Steve suggested we may want to schedule social to Capitol Theatre in Port Hope in December for Panto - Sleeping Beauty? Tentative date Saturday December 3 for naughty version.
  • Bottle drive Saturday October 1.

Happy Bucks: that 911 was not needed, waking up at 3am and getting up at 4am to track daughter swimming off California coast 22 miles, for all the hard work of volunteers and friends for Applefest, going to New Brunswick Tuesday for James' graduation, to Niagara Falls this weekend for 3rd anniversary, Foundation Walk a good day, Indigenous people have the better religion, Stratford 1939, amazing Applefest, Applefest is over, great weekend with family, Danny's return.
