1. Adventures in Citizenship 2021 planned to be virtual, entirely on line.Key themes include; active citizenship, Indigenous affairs, Parliament Justice system and the courts. They have an online survey for club to complete.
No humour in the club these days.

- Janet Samis is in hospital in Trenton after a fall.
- Rotary Song books available for pick up at R Daniel's office. You will need them for Christmas sing song December 18th.
- We have speakers booked to end of January.
- President Joyce asked who may be interested in a winter solstice walk / viewing in Presquile? If the sky is clear, we may be able to see the alignment of Jupiter and Saturn creating what is known as the Christmas Star. Earth has not seen this astronomical feat since the middle ages.
- Next board in December to be determined as required.
- Global grant project in Brasil, all the money is in place. Water filters ordered and take delivery likely in December. Rogerio will keep us updated.
- Christmas Hampers Schedule as follows:
- Monday December 14, 9am setting up baskets for hampers
- Monday December 14 afternoon Lion's drop off dry goods
- Tuesday December 15, two shifts in morning 8:30am to 10am, then 10am to noon - sort and set up donated items
- Tuesday December 15, 1pm unload produce - need those who can lift and carry heavy loads
- Tuesday December 15, 6pm to ? - Hamper packing - needs lots of helpers
- Wednesday December 16, 8:15am receive turkeys and pick-up. Need volunteers who can lift and carry heavy loads to put hampers in people's vehicles.
- Wednesday January 13 at 1pm to write thank you notes
- Steps being taken to keep everyone safe. If you feel anxious, do not have to stay
- R Liesje has old lists from R Chris from previous auctions. She will get us organized for spring on line auction.
- R Liesje is putting together a bottle drive video. Wait for it.
